The Qul’an Archipelago is part of the Wadi El Gamal National Park. The islands have turned into a birdwatching sanctuary with large colonies of inhabitants. Please be alerted to ask your hotel for a breakfast box. You wake up very early, and no restaurants on the islands or mini-markets along the road exist. As you embark on your journey to the Hamata Islands, remember, it’s not just a destination, but a unique biological habitat and precious environment. Marsa Alam Taxi Services urges you to respect and protect this delicate ecosystem. Your actions, such as not leaving any litter and fishing responsibly, can make a significant difference in preserving this natural wonder. Marsa Alam Taxi Services transfers you from your hotel/resort to the Hamata Marina in the early morning. We will start moving at around 6:30 a.m and sail towards the islands of Siyul, Showarit, and Um El Sheikh. These islands are your destiny for the day for your snorkelling sessions. We will moore on one of these tropical Islands for a closer look to enjoy the sanctuaries and watching birdlife. You can be an ornothologist for one day! Take your time to stroll the pure white beaches of the islands. We will serve a freshly prepared lunch buffet on board against the backdrop of the Red Sea with its fiffy shades of blue! After a rest we will stop for snorkelling on the way back to Hamata Marina. At the end of the visit to Hamata Islands we will return to the port of Hamata. From here, your Marsa Alam Taxi Services representative will take you back to your hotel/resort in Marsa Alam.
